Shipping Information

Shipping Cost
An automatically calculated Shipping Cost Estimate will be shown when you check out, based on the estimated weight of your order and your choice of shipping method. Your shipping cost will not exceed the estimate, but it is possible that it may be less. Shipping charges will be manually adjusted to reflect the actual postage cost plus a $1.00 handling fee to cover the charges of packaging and transportation.  If you would like an actual shipping quote before you confirm your order, please contact me. (If the shipping costs shows $999 or $1000, then the calculator did not work; please contact me for an estimate.)

The Shipping Cost Calculator Has Been Fixed!
The Automatic Shipping Calculator on the web site has been fixed - it should no longer estimate outrageous shipping costs for your orders! It may still calculate the shipping cost a little too high, especially for International Orders. The actual shipping cost charged may be a little less than the site estimates, but it will never be higher.

Shipping Time
Orders for in-stock items will be shipped within three business days, and you will receive a shipping notification via email. If for some reason your order is delayed I will contact you via email. Orders that include both in-stock items and Special Order items will be shipped when the Special Order items arrive. Please see below for shipping times for these items.

Special Orders
Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery.  Payment is not due until items are ready to be shipped.

World of Miniature Bears
The bears on my web site are in stock and ready to deliver.  If you are interested in a World of Miniature Bears item that you do not see on my web site, please let me know and I will be happy to order it for you!  Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery of special ordered bears.  If you would like your special order bears sooner, I can have them shipped directly to you from the manuafacturer.  Please contact me if you would like a shipping quote for this option.
