Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: A Shipping Cost Estimate will be shown when you check out. Please note that if you order several items the automatically calculated estimate may be too high. Your shipping cost will not exceed the estimate, but it is possible that it may be less. Shipping charges will be manually adjusted to reflect the actual cost for the weight of your order, choice of shipping method, plus a $1.00 handling fee to cover the charges of packaging and transportation. If you would like an actual shipping quote before you confirm your order, please contact me.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, I ship to most countries.

 

Q: May I add to or cancel an order that I have already finalized online?

A: Yes, as long as it hasn't been shipped, you may contact me to cancel or add items to your order.

 

Q: I don't like to order online, may I phone in my order?

A: Yes, I will be happy to take your order by phone.  Please call me (Kathie) at (256) 852-7791.  I am not always able to answer the phone, so if you reach my Voice Mail, please leave a message with your phone number and I will call you back.

 

Q: I'm having trouble ordering on your web site, may I email my order?

A: Yes, I will be happy to take your order by email (cotridge@bellsouth.net).  You can email or phone your credit card information, mail a check (U.S. only) or I can send you a PayPal invoice.

 

Q: I don't see what I need on my site, can you find it and order it for me?

A: Yes, I will be happy to look for what you need, please contact me with the details and I will do my best!

 

Q: I need to know the exact measurements of an item, but it is not provided in the description?

A: Exact measurements are given in descriptions when available at uploading time.  Please contact me and I will contact the manufacturer for exact measurements if not given in the description.


 

Q: Do you print a catalog?

A: No, at this time I do not print a catalog.  However there are printed catalogs available from several of my suppliers.  Please contact me for more information if you are interested.

 

Q: Do you have a store I can visit?

A: No, I am a web-based business.  I occasionally sell at shows in Alabama and Tennessee.
